By accessing or using the Gradex application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Gradex is an educational mobile application designed to help Form 1–4 students prepare for O Level examinations through practice quizzes, explanations, and progress tracking.

To use certain features of Gradex, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Gradex offers both free and premium tiers. Free users have access to daily practice and basic features. Premium users ($2/month) gain access to monthly tests, leaderboard rankings, and advanced analytics.

Premium subscriptions are processed via EcoCash. To upgrade, contact our support team. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated for the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to cheat or manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

All content, features, and functionality of Gradex, including but not limited to questions, explanations, design, and code, are owned by Gradex and protected by intellectual property laws.

Gradex is provided as a study aid and does not guarantee exam results. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content, we are not responsible for errors or omissions in our question bank. Gradex is not affiliated with ZIMSEC or any examination board.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
